To find out which keywords or phrases are more popular than others, you can use a tool such as the Google Keyword Tool. Enter your website URL and the tool will come up with a list of keywords relevant to your website.
3) Give each page an appropriate title that includes the keyword or phrase at least once. Titles are allowed to contain up to 100 characters, including spaces.
4) Include your chosen keywords in the page title; meta keywords; and meta description. Make sure that the meta description is as appealing as possible, because some search engines actually use this description in the search engine results pages that people will be reading. You can have up to 250 characters, including spaces, in your page description.
5) Ensure that your chosen keywords are repeated sensibly throughout the content of the page. You don't want to overdo it, or your page may be rejected as spam, but you need to repeat it enough times that the search engine's software will consider the phrase relevant.
