crying tiger cafe
Chef Yui Miles is the owner of Crying Tiger Café, which offers private dining experiences, a supper club and workshop/cooking demonstrations. Yui is an amazing chef and was a finalist on BBC’s Masterchef in 2019.
Crying Tiger Café is named after a classic Thai dish called Sua Rong Hai in Thai, which means Weeping Tiger or Crying Tiger. It’s a dish with grilled marinated beef, medium rare and usually served with a spicy dipping sauce call Nam Jim Jeaw and sticky rice. With this in mind, I designed the business logo, the tiger featured has a tear from his eye and he is salivating.
I designed and built the website to offer visitors a taste of what they can expect from Yui, if they were to visit one of her supper clubs or experience her private dining. Events can be booked through the website and there is a selection of Yui’s recipes to try, along with a library of cooking demonstration videos to follow.
The photographs used in the website were taken by a talented local photographer, HJ Photography. I highly recommend using a professional photographer to take photos for your website. They not only make a bold statement on your website and help it to stand out from the competition but they can be completely on brand with your business.
