Festival Weddings
Lou Kennan is a wedding planner and the business owner of Festival Weddings. As the name suggests, Lou specialises in planning festival style weddings. Lou arranges everything, including but not exclusively, the venue, entertainment, catering and decorations.
Festival Weddings was a startup business and I was tasked with creating a brand and website for the new company. After a comprehensive discussion about Lou’s business vision, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of Festival Weddings’ aims, who it was for and it’s distinctive place in the wedding industry.
Utilising Pinterest board inspiration and brainstorming sessions, I designed a bright, floral logo and devised brand guidelines for Festival Weddings. I produced Instagram templates that, together with brand guidelines, meant that Lou could keep her brand consistent throughout her social media platforms.
Following on from the branding, I designed and built a fully responsive website. The website showcases the services and locations that Lou provides for her couples, along with a visual insight as to what couples can expect from a wedding planned by Festival Weddings.
