We start with a deep-dive strategy session, either face-to-face (I’ll travel to you in Essex) or on a video call. Together we’ll define your site’s conversion goals, map out the navigation, and design a visitor journey. You will get a clear plan and we will agree on fixed milestone dates.

I set up a private Google Drive folder just for your project so you can easily drop in your photos and files. Combined with my structured Website Content Planner, gathering your copy and ideas feels simple, organised, and completely manageable. (If you need extra creative support, I can introduce you to brilliant copywriters and photographers, too.)

Design & Development

I design your bespoke homepage first, and we review it together (on a video call) to make sure you love every single detail. Once you are completely happy  and it is approved, I build out the rest of your site on WordPress and Elementor Pro. I will send you regular updates along the way so you always know exactly where we are and can give feedback.

Device & Speed Testing

A great design means nothing if it runs slowly or breaks on mobile. I test the website across different devices and browsers to check loading speeds, button clicks, and layouts. Alongside technical checks, I install Google Site Kit to connect Google Analytics and Search Console straight to your WordPress dashboard.

Training & Ongoing Care

I create personalised video guides walking you through your exact WordPress dashboard, so you can make content updates yourself with confidence. Payment is split into two manageable stages: 50% upfront to secure your build slot in my schedule, and 50% upon completion when the site is signed off. If a project naturally extends past our planned 6-week schedule due to delays or scope additions, a simple interim payment will be arranged.

An note on professional photography

In my opinion, professional photography is an essential investment. You can have the best website layout in the world, but genuine, high-quality photos of you and your business will make the finished website look a million times better than stock images ever will and 100% more like you.

Beyond the website itself, having a library of bespoke images you can use across your social media and marketing material is invaluable for your business.

If you do not have photos sorted yet, I can introduce you to brilliant photographers who will make you look the part. I personally use and highly recommend Hiral Jethwa for brand photography.
