Consistency is key
There is so much more to branding than just your logo.
Are you new to the business scene and want to make an impact from the start?
Have you been in business for a while but feel your brand isn’t consistent in look and feel and is not doing you or your business justice?
If you take the time to truly understand who you are, what your values are and how you can attract your ideal client, then you will take your business to the next level!
I’m excited to offer you the chance to get clarity for your brand and give you the confidence to shout loud and proud about your business.

Brand Design process
Discovery
Our branding journey begins with me getting to know you and your business. We can have a phone/video call, or even meet up in person!
I want to know everything about your business: the history; your ideas; any issues with an existing brand; what are your business goals; who are your ideal clients and what styles you prefer.
It’s also a chance for you to get to know me too, we can then decide if we are a good match to work well together.
Workbook
It’s now time to take a deeper look into your business and brand. I have designed a comprehensive workbook for you to work through which covers:
- BRAND STORY
- PERSONAS
- COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
- BRAND MESSAGING
- BRAND VOICE
- BRAND PERSONALITY
You can complete the workbook either 1:1 with me or at one of my regular branding workshops.
I highly recommend the workshops as you will be with up to 4 other business owners and it’s a great opportunity to share ideas and learn from each other.
It’s so important to get the foundation work done before you even think about colours and logos.
Moodboard
Now you’ve done the foundation work on your business brand, it’s time to get the creative juices flowing and look for inspiration for your visual brand.
Pintrest is one of the best place to start gathering your thoughts and ideas and putting them onto a board for us to work on together. If you haven’t used Pintrest before, don’t worry, I can help you with is. This is a really fun part of the process, go wild and enjoy the experience.
Using your initial ideas, I will create a unique, cohesive moodboard, that’s all about your business brand.
Colour Theory
Every colour evokes different emotions, thoughts and feelings.
Based on information gathered in the workbook and using Plutchik’s colour wheel of emotions, we will devise a colour scheme that is perfectly suited to your unique brand and spark interest.
Logo Design
Having all the foundation work in place helps considerably when the time comes to design your business logo. Now that I know your goals, mission, ideal client, design style likes and dislikes, I design three initial logo ideas.
I then send you the designs to review and we have a meeting to discuss your thoughts and opinions. This meeting is best done face to face or by video call, so that I can work on the revisions and show you them in real time.
This is a more time efficient process rather than emails going back and forth. It’s exciting and producing a brilliant logo quickly makes the process much more fun.
We are on this journey together and your input and involvement will give you a stronger bond with your new brand.
Brand Guidelines
Once the logo design and colour scheme have been agreed, I create a set of brand guidelines for you to use, to keep everything consistent with the brand.
The guidelines include your logo, sub logos, watermarks, fonts, text styles, colours and patterns. This is an invaluable document for future content creation.
When you or your team are creating content you won’t have to worry about deciding on colours or fonts, you’ll just need to follow the brand guidelines. If you use external content creators, they are really going to thank you when you hand them the brand guidelines!
