If the monitor detects that the website is down for any reason, I am alerted immediately by email and can begin the process of troubleshooting. Should your website go down, I can usually fix it without you or your customers even knowing about it.

Updating plugins that are not compatible with the version of WordPress running on your website may cause issues. If this happens, I will roll back the update and find a fix, or if a fix is not possible, I aim to offer an alternative solution.

The core WordPress is a secure, extensively tested and frequently updated software. It is the plugins, themes and modifications added to the core that can cause vulnerabilities to the system.

If your website was hacked, I would contact the hosting technical team, to identify any malicious files. Since your website is securely backed up every day, on an off-site server, your data will never be lost and we can roll back to previous versions of the website.
