The workbook is filled with prompts for what to include on each of the main pages of your website, making content creation as simple as painting by numbers.

Days 16-29
Design & Build
Now we’ve got all of your wonderful text and images, we will design and build the homepage of your website.
Together on day 20, we will review the home page. I'll make amendments whilst you watch and we'll get it signed off.
We’ll then crack on with the rest of the website, ready for our launch on day 30.
Days 30
LAUNCH DAY
Together we’ll take a tour of the new website, make any amendments and then hit the ‘go live’ button!
I’ll give you training on how to update the content on the website should you wish to.

To ensure Website In A Flash can be completed in the 30 day time frame, you can have up to 10 pages on your website. If you need more than 10 pages, then we would quote based on your requirements.
The content would need to be supplied by you.
You will receive a Website Content Workbook to help you write the content for your website.
I can recommend some fantastic copywriters if you would like some help.
If you are unable to send the content to me by the agreed date, I will continue with the website design and build and use dummy content in place of your final content.
If you have not supplied the content before the launch day meeting, we will not be able to make your website live on launch day.
I will give you training on how to update the content yourself or I can implement the content at an additional cost.
We will work together at the home page review meeting to create a design that you are completely happy with.
The more information you can give me in the Website Questionnaire, the better understanding I will have for your business.
I would highly recommend having professioanl, branded photographs for your website. It is well worth the investment. I can recommend some excellent brand photographers.
Yes, we will provide the website hosting.
Your website will be hosted on fast, UK based servers. Daily backups and an SSL security certificate are included in your hosting package. I can register domain names for you and you will have a choice of email solutions, which we can discuss.
3 months hosting is included free.
After 3 months the cost is:
£20 per month / £220 paid annually (1 month free)
Once your website goes live that isn’t the end of the story, it’s actually just the beginning. The plugins and themes used on your website are constantly changing and they need to be maintained to ensure the website runs smoothly and securely in the long term.
We offer website maintenance for the following reasons:
- To maintain the website’s security and performance
- To take daily backups so you are safe in the knowledge if something happened to the website, we could easily roll back to a previous version
- To ensure the website remains fast and responsive
- To fix any problems in the code as the website develops
3 months maintenance is included free.
After 3 months the cost is:
£45 per month / £495 paid annually (1 month free)
On the launch day I will give you training on how to make updates to the website content.
If you require new pages or more complex changes, I can do these for you.
Your website includes basic Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). SEO is a specialised skill and there are specialists who can take you further on your SEO journey.
